So I'm finally getting around to watching Sengoku Basara and I have to say (being only 7 mins in) that it is AWESOME.

Fave part (so far) is the "Oyakata-sama!" "Yukimura!" etc. between those two. So cute!.

Uesugi looks ridiculous and I don't like Kasuga.

The fight between Yukimura and Date! Them in general!

The 'fight' between Shigen and Yukimura as Sasuke just looks on.

End episode 1 impressions. On to 2.

Kasuga disturbs me.

I like the changes in animation style at certain points.

I now adore Sasuke.

Nobunaga is creepy!


....I'm going to stop rambling now and am just going to watch the episodes...

Masamune and Yukimura and Sasuke and Shingen are such intense burning love. Especially the mentor/student relationship between Shingen and Yukimura. I want Shingen as a supreme leader of my own someday. XD

Uesugi DOES look ridiculous, I'm glad to hear someone else say it. It's just a really, really ugly character design. I didn't like Kasuga at first, but she develops a little bit more personality once Sasuke and her interact. (I, ah, may even ship it. >.>)

I'm ready to watch 8. How far are you?

I want Shingen as my uncle. And Yukimura as my brother. Keiji (sp? the wanderer with cute monkey companion) too.

I think the only thing I like about Uesugi (aside from his voice) is his eyes. The rest is just absurd.

I've only watched three so far, but I... uh... have already read some fanfiction.

Yessss, I have a little bit of a friend!crush on Keiji. We'd hang out and be foolishly idealistic together. ♥

Oh ho ho, I peg you as maybe a Masamue/Yukimura fan? I could almost sort of like Uesugi/Keiji if Uesugi wasn't so silly. ;)

(And Mitsuhide who you probably haven't met yet...he's so sadistic and cruel and bloodthirsty and mmmmm.)

Right in one. Right now it's the only one that's really interested me. Tension, mmmmm.

I'll probably watch some more today, depending on if I go to sleep or not. *grin* I've been up all night, partially because of the HUGE thunderstorm that started about 10 last night. And it's still raining.
