Apr. 7th, 2009 02:07 amI HAVE DONE IT!!!!! Took me two tries to beat his ass, but I managed. Damn final boss with five parts that all have to be killed...
It might have also helped if I had more then just the storyline personas. GIANT EXERCISE IN PATIENCE. I also have kinda low levels, 58-59, when I should have been around the mid 60s.
In a way... I think that Persona 2 could have been just one game, ending with Innocent Sin. The ending doesn't even really hint at a sequel. But... that meeting, at the very end... It must have been the catalyst for Tatsuya's memories to be reawoken. Especially since the part where, as they're fading, Tatsuya cries out about not wanting to be alone isn't in the end of Innocent Sin! It's only in Eternal Punishment.
...Why do I get so emotionally invested in these characters? Why does it hurt so much to see their pain? I know they aren't real, and yet...
